Abstract
Inter-organizational knowledge interaction is conducive for an organization´s sustainable development under networked circumstances. Fast development of network highlights space in present economic activities. The activity space of organizational knowledge under networked circumstances is analyzed, and realization mechanisms based on space of inter-organizational knowledge flow are discussed in the paper. It is proposed that physical space and network space constitute the basic spaces jointly for inter-organizational knowledge activities, the two spaces and the information space which they couple support inter-organizational knowledge flow, and integration mechanism and information coupling mechanism of physical space and network space support the realization of inter-organizational knowledge flow in company under networked circumstances. Based on above-mentioned viewpoints, the significance and inspiration is put forward for organizational management practice.
