Abstract
The differential pressure characteristics of swirlmeter for the wet gas flow is studied experimentally in the paper. After studying of the relationship between the over-reading and Lockhart-Martinelli parameter X, gas Froude Number Frg, the gas to liquid density ratio DR, a differential pressure correlation of swirlmeter for wet gas metering is put forward for the first time. The results of experiment have proved that the correlation fitted the data set to an uncertainty of ±5% at a 96.4% confidence level, with the conditions of pressure from 0.25 MPa to 0.35 MPa, X from 0.02 to 0.8, and Frg from 0.3 to 0.85.
