Abstract :
Along with laying more emphasis on the development and utilization of the new energy, biomass energy is the only way to adjust the economic development and the conflict of energy shortage. The state-owned forest is rich in forest biomass energy, to comply with the changes of the situation, and to develop the state-owned forest biomass energy is an unprecedented development opportunities and challenges. In this paper, the point of penetration is to develop the state-owned forest areas of forestry biomass energy, taking the use of the gray relational analysis and gray progression GM(1,1)model to analyze the trend evolvement of biomass energy development of state-owned forest in Heilongjiang Province, the research shows that: either from the macro point of view or from the microscopic point of view, developing the biomass energy must be enforced, either from projections of the amount of biomass energy production in future or from the technology which we have possessed, these are both establishing a good foundation for the development of biomass-energy.
