Abstract :
The electric characteristics of the devices based upon quantum wires are dependent upon the signal feed rate. The influence of frequency upon the conductivity and permittivity of electron gas is thoroughly studied. The specific frequency effects play an important role. They are attributed to the design features of quantum devices.
