Abstract

Human capital investment is the start of human resources development. In that course, people pay corresponding cost, transform the original of human resource and input knowledge, so that they can form and increase the human capital constantly. Just like some other investments, software outsourcing industry need to contrast investment decisions as well as cost and profit of invest. This essay will follow this idea, anglicizing the cost and profit of human capital investment in software outsourcing industry. And in base of that, we´ll make a further analysis in the problem of software outsourcing industry of human capital investment in our country.
