Abstract :
Bullwhip Effect is a phenomenon that demand variety adds upstream supply chain. In supply chain management how to reduce the Bullwhip Effect is a research focus. In this paper, the Beer Game is taken as an example to simulate the supply chain management from the viewpoint of system based on evolutionary theory. Research results shows that using GA supply chain management outperform the traditional supply chain, in which the bullwhip effect are mitigated and the accumulated are lowered. This research is adaptable to an ever-changing business. This research is adaptable to an ever-changing business.
