Abstract :
A nondestructive methods for testing of parameters of delaminations in layered structures is developed. This method is based on microwave multifrequency sensing and solving an inverse scattering problem in order to determine thickness of layers in the structure. An approach to identification of boundary of the delamination is proposed and its experimental testing is performed for longitudinal scanning of the structure.
