Abstract :
In this paper we provide a quantum determined key distribution scheme. Unlike the previous schemes which produce a random string in the key distribution process as the key, in our scheme the two parties can share a predetermined binary string as the key with shared entangled states and performing CNOT operation and the Bell state measurement. The principles of quantum mechanics guarantees that no other people can get the key. So the scheme is unconditionally secure.
