Abstract :
This paper studies how to develop atomic geospatial Web Services using the secondary development tools of ArcGIS based on .net web service architecture; and how to compose the related atomic geospatial web service, developed by .net and ArcEngine, In this work, atomic are composed to form complicated coposition service based on the Business Process Excution Language(BPEL); and a web system of the flood submerge analysis is provided at last.
