Abstract :
Coherent deep-UV radiation is produced by Yb-fiber-laser based cavity-enhanced high-harmonic generation at 80-MHz repetition rate. The intracavity-power exceeds 3kW and up to 17th harmonics are outcoupled by thin Brewster´s plate made by MgO crystal.
