Abstract :
MES has presented important status in enterprise information management by the implementation and application of manufacturing execution system (MES) in the composite component manufacturing workshop of one aerospace enterprise. It indicates MES has been the linking between the production planning system at the higher level and the shop floor at the lower level. The status of production planning and scheduling in MES is also presented. The data stream structure of the MES and the model of the production planning and scheduling management system are probably introduced. The production characteristic of composite component manufacturing workshop is analyzed in detail. A heuristic algorithm for production planning schedule is emphatically described. This algorithm not only considers the production characteristics of composite component, but also deals with the sudden emergences and provides corresponding solving methods. Three-layer construction is adopted to design and develop the system. The developed system has been applied in the composite component manufacturing workshop. The working efficiency of the workshop has been improved greatly.
