The law of information conversion and intelligence creation

The fundamental purpose for information study is to understand the properties of the objects in the world we live and to create the intelligent strategy for dealing with the objects so as to be able to achieve a win-win outcome between humans and the environment. What humans faced is the ontological information produced by the object and environment. For realizing the purpose mentioned above, humans must be able to converse the ontological information to the epistemological one; further, to converse the epistemological information to knowledge for understanding the object and the environment. Humans must be able to create intelligent strategy based on the information, knowledge, and the goal for solving the problem. All the processes have been concluded in a law of information conversion and intelligence creation which is, at least, significantly comparable to the law of energy conversion and energy conservation in physics. This talk will present the methodology, principles, and algorithms needed for fulfill the above tasks in a brief review.
