  • Abstract
    Nowadays the financing issue has become a bottleneck that restricts the small and medium-sized enterprisespsila development seriously, and even threatens their survival to a great extent, while asset securitization just provides a new ways and means to finance. Because it is difficult to the measure the risk of asset securitization of the small and medium-sized enterprises, this article will revalue and study it by building an assembly risk evaluation model which is based on an unascertained measure evaluation model, research a new method of accusation model; therefore, it will describe the modeling process of unascertained measure evaluation based on unascertained theory in the detail, and construct the model of risk evaluation on small and medium-sized enterprises securitization applying the unascertained measure model according to the risk problem. Combine the theory with the actual case such as commercial bank, which will verify the scientific, feasibility and practicality of the model.
