A business process design method for applying workflow tools-using the concept of business process design pattern

Focuses on the collaboration in the business process, and proposes the design methodology to develop the flexible business process, which easily follows various status changes. A new concept “business process design pattern”: which is based on the language/action perspective, is introduced. The business process design pattern is the basic structure for the target business independent of the problem change.
