Abstract :
Focuses on the collaboration in the business process, and proposes the design methodology to develop the flexible business process, which easily follows various status changes. A new concept “business process design pattern”: which is based on the language/action perspective, is introduced. The business process design pattern is the basic structure for the target business independent of the problem change. By means of this methodology, the business process reengineering can be executed step by step according to the problem change toward the final goal, and in case of the routine process, the design pattern can be shared among many departments and corporations
