Abstract
In this study, we describe a extraction of rat hippocampus using stereoscopic microscope. With polarized-light stereoscopic display we acquired stereoscopic images. The lights of illuminator at microscope basement affect the images diffused. The incident beam angle was varied and compared each case of incident angle. With these results, operation time is reduced and acquired image is enhanced.
