Abstract :
This paper aims to analyze the writing behaviors of Internet literature, hoping to understand the personal characters, writing motivations and behaviors of Internet writers, and to set up the preliminary image of Internet writings. Through in-depth interviews and questionnaire investigation, the study found a high consistency of personal traits within Internet writers. As for the writing motivations, the saying of ldquowriting is just the purpose itselfrdquo is the most popular. In addition, most of them like the interaction with other writers or readers. With the interaction, they revise their own writing subjects and styles, showing the Internet writings are not one-way communications, but part of a social exchanging processes.
