Abstract :
A hierarchical control structure is presented and a hybrid model including DEDS (discrete event dynamic systems) and CVCS (continuous variable controlled systems) are proposed. Moreover, frequency emergency control, voltage emergency control and coordination emergency control concerning with both frequency emergency control and voltage emergency control, are discussed and the hybrid models based on Petri nets are proposed respectively to deal with these problems. Further, a simulation of the coordination emergency control for a power system with four generators is given to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the modeling method and the control strategy proposed in this paper.
