Abstract :
The authors analyze the association of the different range time-domain (TD) responses and the amplitude and phase antenna patterns (AP) for a point probe and for a probe with the same aperture size as the size of the antenna under test. When deriving the TD field dependence it is suggested that /spl delta/-pulse is radiated by every point of the aperture.
