Abstract :
It is a new research to apply the thoughts, theories and methods of ecology to the research of enterprise management as the development of Bionics, and it hasn´t developed a comprehensive theory system about the enterprise niche at home and abroad. According to the theory and method of the Evolutionary Dynamics and take the E-Commerce enterprise as the core, this paper studies the mechanism and mode of the niche construction systematically. It discloses the coordination evolution relationship between the E-Commerce enterprise and the environmental resource by constructing the space model of the niche construction dynamics model, the suitability model and the evolutionary momentum model of the niche construction and calculating relevant parameters. It also provides a new and effective quantitative method to research the reasonable evaluation and evolvement forecast of the E-Commerce enterprise in the cyber-society in order to develop correct development strategies and improve the enterprise competitive ability.
