Abstract
This paper describes Rensselaer´s TRP Project which is focused on enhancing a Master´s program through development of a manufacturing systems engineering (MSE) case library and teaching factory emulation facility (TFEF). The case library and lab facility have been used extensively in MSE related courses and have had a major impact on the MSE curriculum. The impact of the project is described in terms of courses, students, feedback from program graduates, curriculum design changes and follow-on support for continuing curriculum development. Plans for sustaining a climate of innovation in curriculum development through a doctoral fellowship and faculty apprenticeship program are also discussed
