Abstract
The fast multipole formulation for the frequency domain partial element equivalent circuit method is proposed. New formulas for partial inductances and potential coefficients are presented, a C-means algorithm based technique is used for clustering currents and potentials basis functions and it is shown how the FMM method can be used to solve more efficiently large PEEC circuits.
