Abstract

The paper proposes a model based approach to manage knowledge based innovation aspects of an enterprise by applying Knowledge Maturing Scorecards. The Knowledge Maturing Scorecard approach is used to define, manage and visualize indicators for the innovation potential of established enterprise goals. The paper (1) introduces the conceptual background of Knowledge Maturing Scorecards, (2) proposes a generic modelling framework for managing knowledge based innovation, and (3) presents a web based prototype for the proposed model.
