Abstract :
We consider volume singular integral equations which describe the problems of electromagnetic scattering from three-dimensional inhomogeneous dielectric bodies. We formulate a simple iteration method for solving some linear equations with a non-self-adjoint operator. For the case of the low-frequency band the possibility of solving the integral equations by means of the iteration method is justified and the unique features of obtaining a solution are investigated.
