Abstract :
We demonstrated a source of the polarization-entangled state by using spontaneous parametric down conversion in the telecom wavelength band. We observed the visibility more than 85 % without the subtraction of the accidental coincidence counts, and obtained the visibility of nearly 100 % with the subtraction of the accidental coincidence counts.
