Abstract :
In order to solve the problem that the fire strike target decision making can be easily influenced by irrational elements and occurs deviation, the paper establishes the fire strike target decision making model by using the expectation effect theory and the prospect theory and proving the irrational elements´ influence on the commanders´ target decision making. Meanwhile, the way to deal with the problem is put forward, which named simply high intensity countermeasure priority method.
