  • Abstract
    This paper concern with the study of a single-phase rectifier circuit and its effects on the AC supply system. System compensation through the used of boost technique in wave shaping the supply current is proposed. Two control loops namely current control loop (CCL) and voltage control loop (VCL) employing TWM technique and fuzzy logic system respectively are used. This compensation strategy is analyzed using PSpice and MATLAB/Simulink simulation package.
