Abstract :
In this paper, we introduce NRLM, a novel equation-based network-supported layered multicast congestion control protocol that solves the previous problems and achieves TCP-friendly with TCP. We use a simple statistical analysis to evaluate the stability of NRLM and the simulation results show that NRLM works well with proper parameters.
