Abstract :
The design of a kind of high-speed and real-time digital pulse compressor implemented with an FIR filter in the time domain is described. The test performance results are also given for adopting this digital pulse compressor by a modified matched filter to deal with a smaller time-frequency product, truncated Gaussian, nonlinear frequency modulated (NLFM) signal
