Abstract :
The short message service(SMS) is an important value added service of mobile communication. China mobile peer to peer (CMPP) is SMS gateway interface protocol. This paper introduce the development of SMS platform based on CMPP. The information data in the computer can convert into short message and transfer between computer users and mobile users by this platform.
