Abstract :
In this letter, a microwave Doherty amplifier using 3dB hybrid for output circuit has been analysed. In this amplifier, the novel output circuit owns some excellent performances. It provides perfect impedance matching. And what is more important, the amplifier can process high PAR signal with high efficiency for wireless telecommunication system.
