Abstract :
L-band direct sampling microwave radiometer (DSMR) is a novel radiometer, which trades analog complexity for digital ditto. This article analyzes the sensitivity of the DSMR and gives the mathematical expression of sensitivity of DSMR; using a method of spectral estimation to improve the sensitivity of DSMR. The experimental results show that the proposed method gives predictions in agreement with experimental results and improve the sensitivity of DSMR.
