Abstract
This paper highlights importance of success factors in international projects and shows the need to study them especially in international environments. It identifies critical success factors from literature. It then groups them into four dimensions i.e. project, people, organization and national factors. The grouping is done to confirm evidently the impact of national factors on success. Finally it presents a model which illustrates that national factors can greatly influence the success of international projects and they also influence other three dimensions of success factors i.e. project, people and organization. A proposal for further research work is given.
