Abstract
A microwave waveguide filter using Low Temperature Co-fired Ceramic (LTCC) is presented. To design the filter, equivalent circuit is applied and Finite Element Method (FEM) is used for simulation. From the result, it is confirmed that the possibility to realize many type of microwave and millimeter wave filter using the LTCC technologies
