Abstract :
Cloud is a stylishness of computing where accessible and adaptable IT-related abilities are providing as a service to external customers using Internet technologies, The Cloud Model built upon the four mainstays of current computing system such as Infrastructure, Platform, database as a services and the Software or applications services and also Pay-per-use is another fundamental characteristic of cloud computing, Achieving this model necessitates, Elasticity scale resources according to actual usage, No over provisioning, No idle reserve machines, Sharing resources to share cost & Measuring precise usage, The cloud provisions caching of data in direction toward deliver eminence query services. Consumer expenditures cover query performance prices, preservation of cloud infrastructure and suffer cloud income. The contest exists in providing well organized with resource-economic query services while preserving a gainful cloud. In this paper propose an profitable price estimation model for user gratification & with cloud owner profit, Parallelization can be implemented with a load balancing appliance or a content switch that allocates incoming requests across a number of virtual machines and dynamic pricing method is using better correlation estimation on time efficient manner for posing a queries on cloud database with the help of cloud caches, The experimental study proves that the proposed solution is feasible for a variety of workloads and cost effective pricing.
