    Please join us for a tribute to the life of Dr. Robert Barker. This memorial session will cover the outstanding technical and personal contributions of Bob Barker, long-time Program Manager of the Plasma and Electro-Energetic Physics portfolio at the Air Force Office of Scientific Research, to the IEEE Plasma Science and Applications Committee, the broad plasma physics community, and to generations of students and colleagues around the world.
