Abstract :
A theoretical model of the electromagnetic frequency response coefficient (FRC) of high-frequency four terminal-pair calculable coaxial resistance standards (HF-CRS) has been developed. The model includes many factors which are considered to be significant and contribute to the FRC of HF-CRS for frequencies ranging from DC to 100 MHz. Applying the model to practical HF-CRS enables calibration of impedance analysers for resistance over this frequency range.
