Abstract
An improved design solution of very low voltage rail-to-rail operational amplifiers is proposed. A dynamic level-shifting circuit is proposed to overcome the dead zone in the input common-mode voltages of the low voltage rail-to-rail operational amplifier. Given a supply voltage of 1.3 V, the circuit is designed and simulated in HSPICE with 0.5 μm CMOS process parameters of UMC
