Abstract
In this report we consider the results of the experimental studies of spectral and energy characteristics of space charge bunches in the intense nonlaminar (turbulent) electron beams. It is shown that the presence of scatter of electron velocities in the drift space is the cause of the formation of internal distributed electronic feedback. This internal distributed electronic feedback is a necessary condition for the existence of generation. Impact of an inhomogeneous magnetic field, the decelerating electric field on the multispeed electron beams leads to increasing the turbulence in multispeed electron beams. It is shown that turbulence in intense electron beams observed in microwave vacuum electronic devices can be used for generating broadband noise-like oscillations. These sources can find application in radio countermeasures and jamming systems, in promising noise radars, information and telecommunication systems.
