Abstract

This paper presents a new knowledge representation for the model base of emergency management system by studying the characteristics of the filed of emergency management and the representations of models in the Decision Support System. The models are divided into Frame Model, Formal Model and Entity Model. Since they are based on an object-oriented framework, their relations of inheritance should be discussed. The paper also discusses how to operate models with this representation, and it gives an example to verify the advantages of the representation.
