Abstract :
Due to the presence of excessive multipath propagation and Doppler spread, the tracking of the signal in the receiver in underwater communication is very difficult before demodulation. So to mitigate the effect of ISI arisen due to these effects, a transceiver system was designed using uncoordinated code hopping DSSS (UCH-DSSS) system in this paper. The bit error rate (BER) performance analysis of the proposed technique was made with and without presence of jamming signal and other affect by using analytical and circuit simulation model and is compared with experimental results. It is seen from all the results that the BER at SNR of 12dB for FAF-06 is obtained as 10-6 respectively which are less than that of previous works.
