Abstract
In this paper, Web Service composition completeness estimation problem (SCEP) was proposed so as to prognosticate whether services can be successfully composed ahead of time. To solve the problem, first of all, we proposed a three-level model for SCEP, and gave the mapping way between situation theory and BPEL4WS. In this way, we can take advantage of situation calculus to describe service composition workflow. Finally, experiments were achieved based on our previous service composition prototype E-WsFrame.
