Abstract :
This paper concluded the gesture transformation matrix of a rigid platform using coordinate conversion, analyzed the levelling process and determined the control strategy of rise-levelling. Regard S7-300 PLC by German SIEMENS as master-control device, an automatic levelling system was designed, moreover the hardware and software of the system were displayed. Tested and verified through experiment, the control plan satisfies the expected control target and can be widely applied to different kinds of levelling system.
