Abstract
Leveraging resource involves the set of processes (i.e., mobilizing, coordinating and deploying) used to exploit a firm´s capabilities to take advantage of specific markets´ opportunities and create value for customers and wealth for its owners in the marketplace. Entrepreneurial spirit is able to promote the flow, transmit and diffuse of knowledge, which play the vital role at the process of resource leveraging. The strong or weak of organization learning capability not only direct influence the resource leveraging, but also moderating the relationship between innovativeness/proactiveness and resource leveraging. Hence, the purpose of this article is try to provide an integrative framework for exploring the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation (EO) and resource leveraging and the role of learning capability by integrating prior theory and empirical findings into a researchable whole.
