OSAID-a new operations planning tool

One of the major trends of telecommunications management in recent years is the integration of operations processes and related operations systems. To integrate the service and network management operations, it is necessary to understand the existing processes and re-engineer them. This paper describes simple and powerful processes and re-engineering methodologies that consist of an operations system analysis method, process modeling tool, and simulation.
