Abstract
The LBI emitter location problem from a single moving observer with variable attitudes is discussed. The location parameter of the rate of DOA changes (RDC) is brought forward to escape the influence of the fast variation of observer attitudes. A range-parameterized LS algorithm is proposed to estimate RDC and to locate the emitter. Simulation results show that, the algorithm has good performance on fast and precise location, under the circumference of fast variation of observer attitudes
