Abstract
Liquid cooling is one alternative for cooling technology that offers the advantage of carrying a large amount of heat. This property is attributed to high specific heat capacity in comparison with the same value for a gas heat carrier. One of the major problems of liquid cooling technology is an efficient and reliable pump to pump liquid. This paper discusses the design of an electrochemical pump based on operation of MEA cell and water as liquid heat carrier
