Abstract
We propose a mathematical model of migration processes described by nonlinear non-autonomous system with discontinuous second member. We are especially interested in the system behavior near the break surface. The analysis shows that there exist sliding modes.<;br/>The model describes controlled migration policy. Setting of quotas in the recipient country is the most important kind of migration regulation and we use it as a control action in our model.
