  • Abstract
    High speed and high precision are main research directions in modern mechanical manufacturing field; more and more parts are manufactured by high speed grinding. Effects of precision measurement instruments have obvious importance to realize zero waste manufacturing. This need to research test equipments for dynamic and quasi dynamic, even integrate with manufacturing equipments. The paper is on a new type measurement and control system using PMAC controller as a core of measurement and motion control, applied multithread technology of WIN32, multimedia timer and double buffer storage technology to realize to acquire from PMAC register and display real time. Solved real time data acquisition, mass storage and display, the experiments indicate cylindrical grinding machining and measurement realize integration.
