Abstract
In order to research the impact of built-in lungtype magnetic shielding on short-circuit strength of large power transformer, the mathematical model of magnetic shielding considering position difference was applied with three-dimensional nonlinear finite element method, the distribution of leakage field analysis was given, the short-circuit strength of winding was checked introducing national standard GB1094.5[1]. The results showed the distribution of leakage field has been changed and the shielding has a definite impact on short-circuit strength.
