Abstract
This paper addresses new modification associated with laminated object manufacturing (LOM) machines. This new LOM process makes use of adaptive slicing of metal sheets with first order approximation of the layer edges. The proposed machine uses automatic tool changer (ATC) station with various end milling cutter geometries. This new methodology in its final form would result the faster product with better accuracy.
